We know that you have a choice as to where to refer so we are delighted that you would like to find out more about us. At Rosebank Dental Practice we are understanding of day to day general practice and you are able to refer your patients to us at any stage of treatment, safe in the knowledge that your patients will remain your patients and that they will be returned to you at the conclusion of treatment.

About Kalpesh
Kalpesh Bavisha, received his BDS from the University College London in 1991. He continued training to receive his Masters of Science, Fellowship in Dental Surgery and is on the following Specialist lists: Periodontics, Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
Kalpesh is a member of the British Society of Periodontology, European Federation of Periodontology, British Society for Restorative Dentistry, The European Prosthodontic Association and is on council on the Odontology section of The RSM. He is a part time Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust where he teaches on the Masters Programmes in Implantology. Kalpesh has lectured both nationally and internationally and is committed to postgraduate development.
He values providing for his patients the following therapies: treatment of periodontal disease, dental implants, periodontal plastic surgery, and aesthetic procedures coordinated with restorative dentistry. It is his goal to provide exemplary care for his patients, and raise the level of awareness in oral health.

Dr Shameek Popat

Dr Shameek Popat qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 1993 and obtained his MFGDP from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1998. Over the last 25 years Dr Shameek Popat has worked hard to build upon his knowledge, his experience, his skills and his reputation to be one of the most outstanding and highly respected Private Dentists in the UK. This has been recognised by the dental community as Dr Popat was the proud recipient of one of many awards including the “Private Dentist of the Year” award at The Private Dentistry Awards 2010.
Also at the exclusive Smile Awards 2010, which recognises excellence in clinical skills and rewarded Dr Popat with winning “Restorative Smile of the year”, the highly-commended award for “Patient Smile”, and highly commended for the overall “Smile of the Year Award 2010” – this achievement was amongst a shortlist of some of the leading cosmetic dentists in the UK. He followed this up by winning the Inter-Disciplinary Smile Award in 2011.
He is dedicated to furthering his dental knowledge and has completed the Aesthetic Advantage Course in London and New York, the Higher Restorative course with Dr Harry Sidelsky, Implant course at St Ann’s in Manchester, but more impressively he is one of only a few UK dentists to have graduated from the world renowned Dental Centre of Excellence – The Kois Center in Seattle. He was the second dentist from the UK to become a mentor at the Kois Center. He has consequently contributed to the introduction of the first ever exclusive Kois Study Group in the UK and is part of the Activity Committee at the Kois Center.
Amongst his many achievements, Dr Popat is a top instructor for the Californian Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry (CCADS UK), an active member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). He is also a member of the British Dental Association, General Dental Council, British Dental Health Foundation and the British Society of Occlusal Studies. Over the last 7 years he has been one of the esteemed panel of judges on the Aesthetic Awards and also speaker at the Stars Of Dentistry event.
Dr Popat has a certificate in Sports Dentistry and has just started his Masters in Sports Dentistry at UCL Hospital.
